There is a considerable satisfaction seeing how the youth that I handle grow from mere kids to responsible students to young professionals. One of the major things that they go through in their lives is deciding on the career path that they will pursue. A number of young people from my core group are currently in this circumstance.

If there is anything underrated in career undertaking it is training. One does not just step out of school and go grab a position in a company. A life after training completion for a particular job, with personal goals of program will enable individuals to overcome the usual obstacles and job hopping that young people usually do during the first few years from jumpstarting a career.
This is one of the core values why I always choose to train every single individual who expresses a desire to be part of every Breaking Point program that we have, or any other outreach for that matter. Training and retraining practically spells out the success of the goal. This is something we cannot take for granted, it is part of being a good steward of what has been appointed to us.
